Pasta-Making Class in Huntington

More than a meal. It’s a memory.

Where pasta is handmade and moments are shared.

Aunt Jake’s offers hands-on pasta-making classes in Huntington Village at 10 New Street, Long Island. Guests learn to mix, roll, and shape fresh pasta, enjoy a three-course meal, and take home their handmade pasta. Classes run Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday for $60 per person.

What can you expect during a pasta-making class in Huntington?

A pasta-making class at Aunt Jake's in Huntington Village is a hands-on, two-and-a-half to three-hour culinary session where you mix, roll, and shape fresh pasta before enjoying a full three-course meal.

When you arrive at 10 New Street in Huntington Village, the experience begins with an introduction from our team, walking you through the fundamentals of egg-and-flour dough. You will mix the ingredients, bring the dough together, and knead it until it reaches the ideal texture for rolling.

Our team then guides you through rolling, shaping and cutting your pasta by hand.

Once your pasta shapes are completed, our staff boxes your raw, hand-shaped pasta for you to take home. For health and safety standards, guests do not eat the pasta made during class. Packaging your handmade creations allows you to cook them fresh in your own kitchen later. After dusting the flour off your hands, you step away from the work surface and sit down to enjoy a complete three-course meal prepared fresh by our restaurant kitchen.

Unlike single-purpose cooking studios, our Huntington location is a full-service Italian restaurant. You can come back for dinner (Wednesday through Sunday) or weekend brunch (Saturday and Sunday, 11am to 4pm). For additional details on our main dining room and full restaurant concept, visit our Huntington location page.
