A Hands-On Pasta Experience in NYC

Located on the Upper East Side, Aunt Jake’s NYC is dedicated to our signature pasta making class—an interactive, guided experience offered seven days a week since 2015.

This location is not a traditional restaurant. Instead, it’s a reservation-based culinary experience where guests come together to learn, create, and enjoy handmade pasta in an intimate setting.

 

Roll, Shape, and Create Fresh Pasta

At Aunt Jake’s NYC, guests are guided step-by-step through the process of making fresh pasta from scratch. You’ll learn how to mix, roll, and shape dough using traditional techniques—no experience required.

All you need is a willingness to get your hands a little flour-covered.

After the class, you’ll sit down and enjoy a curated three-course Italian meal. The pasta you create during the class is carefully packaged for you to take home, so you can cook and savor it later at your own table.

Our Upper East Side space is intentionally intimate, designed to feel more like gathering in someone’s kitchen than attending a traditional class.

With limited seating, every experience feels personal and engaging. This is not standard restaurant dining—it’s a curated, hands-on experience centered around handmade pasta and shared moments.

 

Pricing & Reservations

Experience Price: $60 per person
(Pre-tax and gratuity. Beverages available for purchase.)

A $10 per person non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation and will be applied towards your final bill the day of the class.
