A Hands-On Pasta Experience​
Our Upper East Side location is dedicated to our signature pasta class and our Huntington location offers an interactive, guided experience designed for smaller gatherings and meaningful nights out.
You’ll learn how to mix, roll, and shape fresh pasta from scratch with step-by-step instructions from our team. No experience is needed — just a willingness to get your hands a little flour-covered.
After the class, you’ll sit down and enjoy a three-course meal in our space. The pasta you make during the class is carefully boxed for you to take home, so you can cook and enjoy your creation later at your own table.​

The Setting
Our Upper East Side space is intentionally intimate. With limited seating, each evening feels personal and engaging — more like gathering in someone’s kitchen than attending a class. Rather than traditional restaurant dining, this is a curated, reservation-based experience centered around handmade pasta and shared moments.
Pricing & Reservations
Experience Price: $60 per person
(Pre-tax and gratuity. Beverages available for purchase.)
A $10 per person non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
